It has been a pleasure working with Jakob over the recruiting process and checking for new opportunities. Working with him is the best experience I have ever had. He is a communication champion, delivering a message, clarifying all the questions or concerns. It is felling almost like he can read minds. I just think about send him a question or ask for a meeting and right away receive an invite to discuss my concerns or questions I wanted to clarify. Jakob is an honest opinion during the stressful looking for the perfect job process. In spite of a stressful process, he makes it so easy and interesting to go through.
