Key Responsibilities • Identified talented athletes in state schools between the ages of 11-16 and provided high performance cricket coaching sessions, also played a key role in discovering children who had never been offered cricket as a sporting option, but displayed exceptional hand-eye coordination and provided a pathway to higher level cricket. • Developed coaching plans appropriate to the hubs need, planned and led sessions within a framework of a progressive programme, selected and managed Hub squad, monitored the progress of players and liaised with the National Hub Manager, also ensured the highest standard of coaching was delivered.
