Jake was an wonderful Public Relations Assistant on many levels. His basic work ethic and professional attitude were excellent, making him a pleasure to be around and highly reliable. He possesses excellent organizational and communication skills, which were essential in our fast-paced, high-pressure and fluid environment. Of equal importance was Jake's creativity and fresh outlook. He was eager to embrace his new work environment, learn all he could about it and then apply that knowledge and curiosity to the job at hand - promoting the organization and its productions as well as offering new ways to market the art form. He was well-spoken and his written skills were top-notch. He possesses the ability to not only communicate fact, but also communicate his enthusiasm, which was very important to us and truly invaluable. His contributions to our website's company blog set a new standard for us and we received many compliments on his insights. Jake would be an asset to any organization insightful enough to hire him - both for his current skill set as well as for the potential he clearly has. I would be thrilled to hire him again and give him additional opportunities for career growth.

Jake is a superb communicator and valued contributor to the College Relations team at Baldwin-Wallace College. His independent research, writing and dissemination of high quality news releases results in successful story placement in the media, and provides engaging original content for B-W’s web and social media. Jake pays attention to detail, hits deadlines and offers leadership and support to less experienced student staffers. He interacts with poise and confidence with all department constituencies. Jake’s well-rounded talents and professionalism will make him an asset wherever his career takes him.
