  Experienced business attorney with more than 20 years of legal experience who advises clients in all aspects of operating a business from incorporation to advancing their interests before local, State and federal regulators and from management to litigation. I have represented more than 85 business clients, ranging from family-owned ventures, food and alcoholic beverage companies to a hydro-electric development start-up. Prior to joining the Craft Lawyer practice, I served as a Principal with two Pacific Northwest start-ups, one a nuanced company in the craft arena. In these roles, I learned the challenges and rewards of the local craft industry, a perspective I now bring to Craft Lawyer. I have also served as a Managing Partner at a successful and respected general practice firm in Vermont, where I focused on litigation, business formation, governance and regulation. Early in my career, I practiced law a firm in the Chicago area. I am actively licensed in Oregon and was previously licensed in Illinois and Vermont.
