As the Real Estate Development Director for Neighborhood Housing Solutions, I am responsible for all subdivision and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit developments. I oversee from the initial feasibility, underwriting, and acquisition through the entire construction and development process post-closing. In this role, I work hand in hand with a group of public and private financial partners and a complex capital stack to get our projects funded and built. As the Director I was responsible for managing the underwriting, acquisition and development team at CW Urban. In this role, we acquired and entitled over $82,000,000 in mixed-use development with another $76,000,000 in the entitlement pipeline when I left. I was also responsible for procuring and managing all consultants and the 3rd party general contractors through both the design and construction phases. As the Director I was responsible for managing the underwriting, acquisition and development team at CW Urban.
