Currently working as GroupIT Team leader, I manage the UK service desk and the operations team. The service desk take around 3000 calls a month and fix over 3200 incidents a month. We are continuously making improvements to the way we work to improve out figures. My role includes: Monthly meetings with the teams to ensure all requirements are met.
