Jake has performed beyond expectations as an intern with Nativa and has become a key part of our team in a short period of time. He has always been professional and responsible in the work that he provides, and it has been easy for our entire team to work with Jake, even our associates in other parts of the country. Jake is focused on accomplishing his workload and easily maneuvers our project management and communications software to complete all tasks. I have been impressed with the way he effectively communicates with our entire staff, and at how quickly he was able to teach himself how to do complex tasks after only minimal training. Jake has taken on many tasks outside of his normal workload to help out the team. He brings a positive outlook to all work he takes on and was able to single-handedly get two of our podcast projects off the ground and make them a reality. Thanks to his efforts, Nativa, and a non-profit our company is associated with, Collectivo, now both have active podcasts easily found on Spotify, Google Podcasts, and many other locations. Additionally, Jake used our proprietary software tool (O.Y.E.) to perform sophisticated social listening analyses on priority industries for our company including 2020 Presidential Elections, the U.S. Navy, and popular T.V. shows people watch on Netflix. As testament to Jake’s outstanding performance, we have hired him on to our team after his internship completed.
