Focused on post-9/11 domestic surveillance including the Patriot Act and NSA programs revealed by Edward Snowden, and the First and Fourth Amendment implications of these programs. -Compiled a literature review of 5000 words and citing 40 scholarly, journalistic, and government (executive branch and Congressional reports, transcripts, and legislation) which will support Dr Ogden’s forthcoming book.
