As the Sports Director at the Quincy YMCA, I am responsible for overseeing all sports programs and activities within the facility. I work closely with a team of dedicated staff members to ensure that every program is well-organized, properly staffed, and provides a positive experience for all participants. My duties include developing and implementing sports programming for all age groups, including youth, adults, and seniors. I also manage the day-to-day operations of the sports department, which includes coordinating staff schedules, maintaining equipment and facilities, and managing budgets. One of my primary goals as Sports Director is to create a welcoming and inclusive environment that encourages participation and promotes healthy living.
