⦁ Management and Leadership of 7-30 people ⦁ 2018 was Riding High’s first year in the new building and they did 1.1 million in sales GP (I was not employed here yet.) After being hired in May of 2019 I implemented a sales process and Sales Training Program which I created and taught and built a new sales team. Upon my start date Riding High was tracking a decline in LY #’s but we finished at $1.51 million in Sales GP, our KPI efficiency showed a 60% improvement. In 2020, a challenging year with Covid we finished at $1.77 million sales GP. As of my departure in July of 2021 we were Tracking to hit $2.5 million in GP, GP avg. per copy increased to $6500 ⦁ CSI scores from Harley had us in the top 5% in the country (a dramatic improvement) ⦁ Achieved elite status through HDFS 2 years consecutively ⦁ Earned over 120 Supplemental Allocated Bikes due to out performing Harleys’ Retail Target Show less
