  When in the office I am searching for potential jobs and advancements that will benefit the company. This may be as easy as just crunching numbers and putting a bid together or it could involve our team value engineering a portion of a project to save time and money. We are a small company where everyone is required to wear many hats. While in the field it is my responsibility to ensure the job runs smooth. This entails speaking with engineers and contractors, coordinating ready mix deliveries and monitoring our material to assure we are giving our customers what we promised.
