      Helped start a podcast that reached over 2,000 listeners per episode. Helped grow a following on social media, particularly Instagram and Facebook, getting the Instagram page to over 2,000 followers.       Stauer is a jewelry catalog that has over 3 million customers. My job was on the inside sales side of things where I was in charge of taking calls and placing orders for the calling customer. Though the main goal of my job was in the upselling. It was $8 an hour with the rest entirely commission based. I had successfully built rapport with customers to communicate and sell the jewelry because I rarely every dealt with the same customer. I exceeded sales metrics of warranties, memberships and upsells by over 20% every month after training. As well as, showcased product features to customers and discussed technical details to overcome objections and lock in sales.

      I was in charge of going to different Walmarts across the Minneapolis-St. Paul area to cold approach Walmart shoppers in order to switch them from their current internet, TV, phone and home security provider to Comcast. Or if they already had Comcast, I was to upsell them into a more expensive package, I was the fastest promoted employee in this company's history and I was awarded best new salesperson. This job was also entirely commission based. My reason for leaving the company was having a better opportunity come along.

      I worked at Thomson Reuters for my internship as an inside sale representative. I was in charge of a certain territory where Lawyers & Attorneys were located. It was my job to cold call them because, my mentor gave me the wrong list. So I over came that obstacle by organizing the excel sheet I was provided by putting different clients in different sections. This allowed me to focus on the ones who I knew needed a law books, should have a certain law book, in limbo, and not our customer anymore. I ended up doing a good job as I made reached my numbers that were set out for me.
