  The Management Associate Program is unique as it allows associates to learn about the entire credit union operation before entering a specific position. Management Associates will learn about the credit union’s core divisions with both classroom training and hands-on experience in each department as well as exposure with the senior management staff. Leadership training, team-building exercises, various activities and community projects are a part of the program.
