  I was brought into Meld ($100M Web3 DeFi project) to run their growth efforts temporarily during the run up to the launch of their flagship product, MELD.FI. I spent half of my time designing a growth strategy for Meld, building it out & aligning the team. I then spent the following 3 months deploying the strategy, leading to the acquisition of 50,000 users.   I founded the E-learning Lab alongside the creation of my first E-learning venture after realising the significance of marketing/growth skills in building successful startups. After conducting experiments to gather further knowledge and experience within marketing & growth, I decided to open the E-learning Lab to the public in 2021, aiming to share our findings and assist E-learning businesses in achieving growth. I founded the E-learning Lab alongside the creation of my first E-learning venture after realising the significance of marketing/growth skills in building successful startups. On the other hand, some of the products I built experienced success, such as gaining national recognition and leading to a successful sale to another company.
