I enable them to release the full potential of their accounting software by suggesting efficient methods that reduce manual processing and by creating bespoke management account reports. My clients are then free to spend their time running their business whilst having up-to-date, accurate and easily understood financial information at their fingertips. After undertaking the role for a couple of years and successfully completing most of my ACCA exams I decided it was time for a move. Show less

I was assigned the role of the Xero “Superuser” for our Bristol office eager to explore new opportunities for our clients. This meant that my role then encompassed helping clients with the initial set up or conversion of their software, as well as training others to use it. A key benefit the clients enjoyed as a result was the automation of previously time-consuming manual processes. I was involved in promoting positive brand awareness. This was through taking part in things such as career fares and also by running a work experience workshop for a week with eight students. I studied towards and completed my AAT level 3 & 4 qualification. I was thoroughly challenged and developed during my time there. I decided to take a career gap and go travelling before returning to accountancy to complete my ACCA qualification. Show less
