This meant that my role then encompassed helping clients with the initial set up or conversion of their software, as well as training others to use it. A key benefit the clients enjoyed as a result was the automation of previously time-consuming manual processes. I was involved in promoting positive brand awareness. This was through taking part in things such as career fares and also by running a work experience workshop for a week with eight students. I studied towards and completed my AAT level 3 & 4 qualification. I was thoroughly challenged and developed during my time there. I decided to take a career gap and go travelling before returning to accountancy to complete my ACCA qualification. Show less
