I have never seen so much grit, hustle and results from any intern as I have with Jake. Jake started as a phone rep part time in school, but would often come and ask questions before and after his shifts, showing a real interest in the analytics and growth side of things. So we decided to offer him an internship role on the growth team and he's knocked it out of the park. This past summer, Jake went above and beyond, working night and day to discover insights that have helped us grow our business. He's the only intern who has ever owned a metric, and sits in on our metrics review meeting every monday to present. He's showed the ability to not just learn, but master new concepts quickly. In fact, he's the number one subject matter expert of many parts of the business. Additionally, he's shown an interest in analytics and is data-driven in everything that he does. I'd highly recommend Jake for any role.
