I joined Housing Units Ltd in August 2012 and joined the Internet Department on a varied and challenging year long placement as part of my University Degree. One of my main duties was to ensure the overall Housing Units on-line customer experience was excellent. This related to customer contact, goods dispatch, the uploading of material on to the website, liaising with advertising agencies in regard to new material for upload such as information banners, brochures and other promotional material and to establish and maintain relationships with buyers, suppliers and other members of the organisation.
