I started off as a Sales Adviser hitting target consistently throughout my time at Assist Financial. After about 1 year I got promoted to Team Leader where I was in charge of a 12 man team and still managing to consistently hit personal/team targets that were set. 6 Months after that I was promoted to Sales Manager which is what I was basically doing anyway during my time as Team Leader.
