Being General Manager since 2009 has been an exciting period in my working history. In 2011 we took the opportunity of moving into a new purpose built office, warehouse and production facility which has enabled us to grow and serve our clients in a more efficient and effective way. I am now responsible for Cherwell's overall strategy along with the other Directors. Meanwhile still having the responsibility for the performance of the day to day sales and its standing in the marketplace. I enjoy the challenge of striving to reach our company objectives.Planning and organisational skills are key factors in hitting our goals, and a grounding in accounts help me to forecast, plan and budget for the future prosperity of the business.

    • Sales & Marketing
      • Oct 2003 - Sep 2009

Moving my way up the family business proved both interesting and a good challenge. I was responsible for the Marketing during this period, whilst building up relationships within the sales role. I found it inspiring working alongside more experienced members of the team, and found the benefit of learning form their experience in the trade.
