At the Co-op, I was responsible for picking and handling home deliveries for customers in the area - this was done solely by me and required a level of initiative to be able to pick and deliver four deliveries within a two hour timeslot. Outside of this, I also provided great customer service whether on tills or replenishing stock on the shop floor. I became a customer service assistant at a small Co-op Food store when the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic first began. I started in a temporary position due to staff shortages caused by the pandemic, but became a permanent staff member later due to my initiative, punctuality and friendliness.
