Hands-on SHAFE is a EU wide research project that aims to deliver informal learning experiences and hands-on tools to implement SMART and HEALTHY BUILT environments or to develop BUSINESS in this area. Jake successfully completed his work placement as an interim engineering researcher with the Erasmus+ funded Hands-on-SHAFE project: https://hands-on-shafe.eu/en Work experience included project management, group work and the design & development of accessible training content on using technology for independent, assisted living. Jake and his team make several important contributions in support of the TU Dublin contribution to this project. As a valuable team member, Jake developed skills in time management, project management, audio and video design through story boarding and training material preparation.
