I worked with Jake for about 3 years. In that time I saw him enter the team as a junior developer and through hard work and attention to detail become an important and productive member of the team. He has worked on a number of projects where he has been expected to work both on his own and with other developers. In all of these cases he has shown the ability to effectively translate requirements into functional code, ask for help when needed and also provide assistance and ideas when other developers ask for it. With continued hard work I could easily see Jake becoming a skilful and confident senior member of the team who could lead and mentor younger developers. I have enjoyed my time working with Jake and would not hesitate to work with him again should the opportunity arise.
