Jaison, without a doubt has been one of the most inspiring & enthusiastic colleagues I have ever had the pleasure to work with. His ability to think outside of the box and keep his cool in stressful situations is admirable. He would no doubt make great asset to any future employer or organization.

As Gender Diversity Officer, I was responsible for the welfare of individuals who were transgender or did not relate to the gender identity they were assigned at birth. I was also the person who was approached to offer support and guidance to the individuals, their friends and/or family. During my time as GDO I bridged links between the society and local charities who could offer outside support to individuals. In the final part of my time as GDO I attended the annual NUS LGBT+ conference in order to represent the university.

A documentary about the 'Drinking Culture of Portsmouth' - titled 'Pubs in Portsmouth'. Our documentary show investigated the reason why there is a decreasing number of locally owned pubs within area's now and and increase of chain owned ones. We did research into statistics which allowed us to bring in a third presenter from outside to convey them through a green screen presentation. I was the Producer for this television production for the university channel. We also conducted on street research with students from the university asking their opinion on why there is a decreasing number of locally owned venues.
