Quality Engineer

• Champion for internal and customer related issues via the 8D process, including sorting activities and supporting the customer location. • Acts as internal and external customer liaison for all quality issues. • Investigate and resolve customer concerns using customer approved formats and internal concerns using the 8D format. • Co-ordinate the following with Manufacturing, Quality, Materials, and Engineering (including the core teams): 1. The problem containment process, including internal and external sorting. 2.
