I highly recommend Arham as he is an outstanding talent. Arham has been delivering since day one and is a very fast learner. He displayed exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to formulate strategies and sharp story telling in powerful presentations for his first project which was redesigning the business portfolio strategy for one of our biggest markets New Zealand. Arham is tireless in his pursuit and seeks to constantly improve and learn. He also uses his mature connection skills in building relationships and then leveraging them to move the project forward. Arham designed a living dashboard that spans topics of marketing capability, brand strategy and performance, portfolio strategy, resource allocation and media planning. This dashboard required him to work cross functionally and source multiple data points for the region leadership to have a full understanding and appreciation of the work so far and job to be done going forward. Arham displayed great modelling skills when he analysed data that covered 20 markets, 100+ brands, full profit, and loss analysis along with brand performance to inform opportunities for brands investment and priorities for 2022. It has been an absolute pleasure working with Arham and I believe that he will be a great add to any team he joins.
