Jaimie Stites exemplifies all of the characteristics an employer would want to see in an employee. Her natural leadership abilities and talent in numerous areas, including graphic design and event planning, make her very valuable for an internship or job. She also makes every office she works at fun and energetic by finding a way to transform every task into a chance to get to know her coworkers better. Not many people can execute their job well and provide a welcoming environment for coworkers and customers. Jaimie is one of those people that can do that even with a lot on her plate. As a person that worked closely with Jaime at the Iowa Resource for International Service (IRIS), I believe she would be an excellent addition to any team.
