  Characterized the peptides of normal human ETDA plasma by organic differential extraction, high pressure liquid chromatography and tandem mass spectrometry. Analysed the degradation of plasma over time and used an identified peptide marker of degradation from C4B to assess short term and long term storage methods. Compared the plasma peptides of various disease states including breast and ovarian cancer for biomarker discovery.
