Jaime worked as ambassador for Nova Talent at Universidad Complutense de Madrid, helping us find, empower and connect the best students amongst themselves and with the best opportunities. I want to thank him in the name of the team for the amazing work he has done with us. Jaime is truly an amazing Nova with great potential!

My work focuses on understanding the strong-field regime of gravity. I combine analytical and numerical techniques to characterise the behaviour of black holes in the very early stages after they merge. A careful understanding of this process is essential to test theories of gravity beyond General Relativity using gravitational wave data.
