When you need an experiential event planned and executed at the highest-level, I can think of no better practitioner than Jaime Thomas. We hired Jaime recently for freelance marketing and event management/execution for a signature program with OSU and could not have been happier with the outcome. She managed several workstreams for us, interfaced with our customer, and executed every aspect of the program that well exceeded our expectations. She has also assisted with other community- focused projects for us in Washington, DC as well as in Charlotte, NC. Without question, she is simply one of the best in the business. Previously, I had the distinct pleasure of working with Jaime at International Speedway Corporation. The Public Affairs team often hosted high-profile guests (Governors, U.S. Senators, Members of Congress, Cabinet Secretaries, etc.) and we often asked for Jaime personally to assist with the experiential aspects of their visits to the various tracks. She is as comfortable with a dignitary as she is with clients she interacts with daily. Specifically, we hosted FLOTUS at an event which required an extreme level of detail as well as coordination with several agencies – all work that Jaime helped manage. I can say with confidence, that if you want an experiential marketing event planned and executed flawlessly, Jaime Thomas is the person you should call.

Working with Jaime for close to two years now, she has shown both an aptitude for orchestrating the smallest of details while taking the time to guide and grow our team with her years of industry experience. At Arthur Elliott, after surpassing what it means to be a Project Manager, she took on the task of building out our programmatic program, taking my social media sector under her wing as well, to bring to life our digital department. Through this, she built a package that offered a streamlined service to clients that has grown our agency year-over-year. I know that Jaime will always be an asset to any team she is a part of and I look forward to many more years of her mentorship.
