Jaime was an absolute superstar at Pana. He was always first to volunteer to help with the most difficult clients and situations, as well as mentoring and supporting newer teammates. He handled complex issues quickly, efficiently and any upset client calmed down after Jaime stepped in. Jaime had one of the best attitudes on the team and everyone enjoyed working with him. He was always offering helpful suggestions and ideas for improvement on work flow and product development. He always welcomed and asked for feedback and was an extremely quick learner.
