  I carried out my MSc Thesis "Lysosomal pathway proteins and cholesterol homeostasis as potential biomarkers of Alzheimer's disease" directed by Dra. Mª Jesús Bullido Gómez-Heras (CBMSO-CSIC). The main functions were: -Isolation techniques of extracellular vesicles (EVs). -Microscopy: Transmisission Electron Microscopy (TEM). -Protein characterisation: Western blot. -Statistical analysis: SPSS.
