In October 2014, I transferred to the TS London office where I have advised Corporate and Private Equity clients in both national and cross-border transactions. I was focused on financial due diligence and other M&A process advice (business plan evaluations and SPA assessment) in a variety of sectors (Media, Retail, Food and Beverage, Technology and Manufacturing). During my secondment I also attended to several internal courses to continue developing my professional skills (Public Transactions, Private Equity Deals, Valuations, Advanced Business Modelling and Deal Structuring among others).
