Jamie is without a doubt the most professional and awe inspiring line manager I've had the pleasure of working for with in my 13 year military career. Jamie's professional approach to work combined with his natural given ability to motivate and mentor those under his management is second to none. The ability to motivate individuals to work for you because they want to and not because they have to is something that Jamie is incredibly successful at, and it is this ability that makes him one of the most valuable managers within his company. His passion for fitness and mentoring individuals led Jaime to become a regular boxing coach at the local boxing gym, which he did free of charge and in his own time and again I believe this is testament to his caring nature. As well as this he has also taken part in many physical charity events raising money for various military charities. I would without a doubt work for Jamie again if the opportunity ever presented it self again I would most certainly recommend him to any employer that values honesty, integrity and hard working.
