I worked with Jaime for 7 years managing him for 3 years in sales and business operations. He was the sales reps go to person when dealing with complex and complicated quotes/contracts and invoicing as he knew the systems inside and out. Towards month end there was a steady stream of reps seeking his expertise in finalising contracts. Jaime held regular 1:1 training sessions for new sales reps and was a key member of the sales team. With a reshuffle, Jaime became more involved with reporting for the UK and Ireland from sales quotas to sales forecasts to budgets and subsequent variance analysis. His close relationship with sales team was a distinct advantage Jaime was hard working and very flexible working late into the evening on monthend to ensure all contracts a were processed. He does not need micro management and understands meeting deadlines is paramount. Jaime was a popular team player with a professional, participative demeanor and I have no hesitation in recommending him to future employers
