Mr. Kapadia was one amongst the most prolific creative teams at Yes yes, why not? He brought education from different fields - design, copy, life & travels - and blitzed them all in a blender of a brain. During his time at Yes yes, why not? he worked primarily on the Marriott Group of Hotels. His copywriting abilities are tight, his design abilities are right. But what he didn't tell me before his becoming a part of the team was - how good he was with people. It's great to have talent, but to have the ability to reason & win over clients & creative folk alike, gives this gent a slightly unfair advantage in today's instantly gratified generation. (To which he does not belong). During his tenure he grew from being a copywriter dabbling with design (or vice versa) to a professional who had won over his clients' & team-mates' respect. Professionalism aside, Jai is a great bloke! He has his head & heart in the right place. He smiles through difficult times, and when asked upon, is able to dig deep down to deliver almost anything that's asked of him (while of course, the smile remains rather intact). It has been almost a decade since we worked together - back then it was a pleasure to have him in the family. Now, I believe it would also be a privilege. Keep it cracking Jai - so very proud of you! Hope we get to knock heads once again!
