  Self-motivated & hard working professional with academic background in finance carry more than 20 years of working experience in rural Development sector. The project management is the key area of expertise besides skills financial management, monitoring evaluation and reporting. Started career in banking sector then joined the rural development sector, since 2002 have worked with Thardeep Rural Development Organization TRDP and for last 18 years had been at different sector and project management capacities.
