  Managing a renovation / extension Matt Gibson project in South Yarra on a William Tappin house. Working with cutting edge designs, high finishes, cellar, heritage frontage (tuck-pointing/ slate roof). Internal lift. Hydronic trenches, underfloor heating, technical steel design, off form concrete 8m chimney. Completed a $1.5million (Trethewan) project in Cremorne. Role: manage site, inductions, OH&S, Liaise and Supervise trades, quality control, material takeoffs, all carpentry and all labour. Extremely compact and difficult job site, access, deliveries, storage, logistics and Yarra council. Resolving stressful situations and altercations. Working with plans with very minimal direction and open to misinterpretation. High end finishes, hydronic floor heating, detailed timber cladding (battens and charred cladding). Architectural doors (altro and linvisible). P50 skirts and cornice details. Internal lifts. Worked on a $9million project on Hopetoun rd, Toorak (Jacobsen Arquitetura) until my project started.
