Jahnavi was my trainer when I used to work for Pathway. I used to ask her lots of questions every day, with no exaggeration at least 30 questions per day, and I was always amazed by the fact that she could multitask yet maintain her calm, positive and kind interaction with me at all times... even though she was busy doing her other responsibilities at work. It was not only me, other agents used to interrupt her again and again and asking for assistance as well.
