  Nature of Responsibilities: • Responsible for all aspects of almost 50 Distributors, in particular order processing, Inventory maintenance, receivables from distributors and handling of institutional accounts. • Supervise invoicing of all supplies made to the distributors and other parties. • Responsible for maintaining proper stock levels in coordination with the Marketing Department, prepares timely dispatch of adequate stocks for systematic replenishment to the regional distributors. • Recovery of payments from Regional Distributors and keep close liaison with the institutional suppliers for the payments from the institutions. • Prepare, Monitor and submit Daily sales report. • Verify the ROI of doctor obligations. • Supervise Field Force monthly expenses checking and processing. • Supervise claims checking and processing of distributor. • Verify and negotiate rates with vendors including expenses related to operations. • Monitoring of all promotional materials & gifts for timely distribution to all Pakistan sales team. • Responsible for the consolidation of monthly stock and sales figures of the distributors. • Target Vs Achievement • Supervise recovery of Earnest money & Tender deposit. • Supervise Discount Approvals, Quotation Processing. • Prepare monthly, quarterly and year to date territory wise sales report • Field Force Productivity • Prepare and calculate Incentives of the field force • Sales Analysis as per request by the management • Supervise & manage warehouse activities.
