  The position Head, CC & DRR and Rights & Governance sector is rather more strategic than operational. I’m responsible for overall management and occasional overseeing the ongoing projects and initiatives of two cross cut sectors. Development of a strategic policy paper and guideline for the organization to address the emerging and ongoing needs of the Mission with contemporary context and requirements. Organizational capacity assessment, staff competency development and prepare an organizational contingency plan are some specific role ensure rights and governance issues within organization . Keep regular liaison with all program sectors, the donor partners, Government, other stakeholders and corresponding projects as appropriate.
