Liaise with external suppliers to ensure that their products meet the organization’s quality standards and that the organization receives satisfactory standards of service.• Conduct safety audits and on-site inspections to identify workplace hazards and unsafe equipment, working practices or conditions. Investigate environmental and safety incidents. Coordinate and follow up on the Hazard and operability studies and risk analysis of the Puma Terminals with the local operational staff and external consultants. Provide technical expertise and advice on HSE issues to functional or operational areas managers to help them manage their HSE responsibilities. Prepare reports and recommendations about changes that need to be made to organization’s operational processes, systems, raw materials, inputs, or vendors.• Review and follow up on the monthly safety reports of all Terminals and risk database to propose improvement in the safety area. Update the emergency plans of all terminals with the Terminal Managers and review the improvements opportunities detected in the drill and brigades. Develop and deliver HSE and quality training programs and initiatives.
