I employed Jags as a Seasonal Temp. He impressed straight away and quickly earned himself a permanent position. An extremely hard working individual who was committed to his Store and Team. I mean who else travels a 70 mile round trip for a part time role! Bags of personality meant he developed a strong Client base. He possess both ‘street smart’ and intelligence which lead him to becoming a World Class sales person. He didn’t stop there, as constantly coached the team around him using his skill set to help them develop their sales ability. The team appreciated his contribution which lead him to being nominated and winning many awards voted by his colleagues On top of this whenever a task needed doing he would always offer support and give 100%! Before departing HUGO BOSS to travel Jags commanded a Supervisor role in store where his eye for detail developed along with skills in spotting new talent. A true asset to any business and most definitely on my list to re-employ should that opportunity present itself.
