  • Employed as a PE teacher/coordinator in two schools – Havelock Primary & North Primary. 3:2 day split. • Completed NQT induction and gained full QTS • Planned and implemented long term and short term planning to enhance the PE curriculum and department in both schools. • Devised and implemented whole school assessment that is now used to track termly pupil progress against PE curriculum strands and schemes of work. • Organised and lead an extensive extra curricular time table which enabled over 60% of key stage 2 to attend after school clubs throughout the academic year. • YST gold kitemark award achieved through extensive planning, delivery and commitment to improve Physical Education within the school and local community. • Organised and helped lead a variety of level 2 competitions as a member of the partnership staff. This was done through intra and inter school competitions/tournaments . • Hosted, lead and attended various PE continued professional development sessions to help develop others and my own subject knowledge and ensure that all strategies, planning and delivery links to up to date reports.
