Fellow-Aspirational District Transformational Program, NITI Aayog

Worked on the Aspirational District Transformation Programme of NITI-Aayog. • Consultant to the top 150 + education officials to analysis, planning, and implementation of schemes under the SSA in 4 blocks of Baksa district. • Lead an education block with 720 schools, 49 clusters aimed at building the capacity of Cluster Resource Coordinators, Headmasters, and Teachers. • Identified learning and teaching gaps during the evaluation of formative assessments aimed at improving teaching practices of teachers across 49 clusters aided with executing Need Analysis Tool; further initiated an action-reflection cycle to achieve better Students Learning Outcome. • Conducted formative assessments aimed at making strategy and executing skill-based interventions to improve student learning outcomes in language and mathematics thereby strengthening the school processes. Like Library, BaLA (self-learning spaces), etc. • Customized and implemented several interventions to promote joyful learning in schools. • Introduced a learning Program called ‘Ashayain Learning Program’ as an ecosystem project in Tamulpur block. Developed 2 community learning platforms and 14 PLCs to integrate and foster collaborative learning within the education block.
