Jagath’s observing leadership style is one of his biggest strengths. Not "just do it" but "just did it" is his credo. During our times at Stenden University (Leeuwarden, The Netherlands) we were involved in several organisations such as Hestia Student Lounge and German Promotion Team as well as founded the IBMS Social Media Team and our own company during our Innovation and Leadership minor. Next to that, we working together at projects all over Europe such as WOW Berlin, Export Fair Istanbul, Managing Across Cultures Warsaw and Business Professionals Madrid while supporting me at my initiative of Campus Leeuwarden Hoodies. Throughout all activities Jagath’s entrepreneurial spirit influenced the work flow at all times. Instead of sharing ideas when they come to mind, Jagath expresses alternative plans and opportunities after giving it some thought and preparation. His way of working spares time for every company and will contribute every team work effort. He knows exactly how to adapt to all kinds of situations and will enrich projects with his cultural as well as technical knowledge of organizing, leading and managing – especially in terms of social enterprises.
