 Compliance of legal requirements. Preparation of safe work methods. Identify unsafe acts and unsafe conditions and compliance of the same. Carrying out Job Safety Analysis. Process Hazards Analysis & Review.  Work Permit system implementation. Preparation/Updating of Onsite/Off site Emergency plan as per Factory Act. Conducting Emergency drill periodically to check emergency standards. Advising on selection, use and maintenance of personal protective equipments.  Handling Fire dept’s staff and maintaining a stock of fire fighting equipments. Preparing and maintaining safety records as per factory act.  Conducting safety committee meeting and implementing recommendations. Organizing periodic training in Health, Safety and Fire for employees including contract labors. Safety day celebration on 4th March, Poster/PPE exhibitions and Safety competitions (Slogans, Essay etc). Liaison work with Govt.
