Joseph Gibbs - MBA, CPO, ACP
Jagadeesh is detail oriented, cross functional, high performing senior manager that supported my group at Tellabs. He is one of the most approachable, problem resolution focused individuals I have had the opportunity to work with. He thinks within the policies and regulations, but can quickly shift to uncovering some out of box solutions when traditional approaches fail. His background is very diverse, and he has held many roles of responsibility in telecommunications development and support. He is lighthearted and very warm. He makes friends very quickly and is someone that you can depend upon - especially when problems arise and challenges threaten the business. Jaggy as he is known here at Tellabs, was always ready to help, rolls up his sleeves and stays focused on what the customer needs rather than what is easy or quick in resolving a problem. He has become more than a peer, and our friendship developed quickly. I marveled at his ability to work remotely (lived on the east coast worked on the west) and alwasy be present when he was needed. He worked tirelessly and always found us a solution so we could move forward. He is highly regarded and many of us look forward to having the chance to work with him in the near future.
