James's Java skills are impressive. It was a real pleasure to see how professionally he approached various software problems - SDLC at it's finest, backed by strong Agile understanding. One of a few devs I've seen that does not need to be chased to do Unit Tests, too - a walking example of how the job should be done. If something was done by James, you can rest assured that it was done right, from requirements gathering/refining a story, through sound and clear design to a flawless implementation with a great documentation. Additionally a very likeable chap - a trait not so common among IT folks.
