I'm working with my team to create a movement and a company. Our goal is to inspire and empower people to design and drive their own careers and lead meaningful lives, with their unique blend of purpose, passion and pragmatism. My Working Title is a • Career Design Movement that inspires people to view career design in a fun, exciting and even fashionable manner. • Career Design Start Up that empowers people to actively design their career strategy so that they are more equipped to survive and thrive. We create holding spaces for people to explore possibilities, surface taboo topics and deep motivations. We've launched in Sep 2017 in Singapore and the Career SUPERDRIVE and Team SUPERDRIVE board games that we created are played by people from 25 countries. We also consult, design and run Career-life programmes, Playshops (our version of workshops), and media for this cause . Our clients include LinkedIn, Aviva, GIC, WSG (Workforce Singapore), National Youth Council, NUS CFG (National University of Singapore, Centre for Future-Ready Graduates) and RMIT Australia. As part of this work, I've spoken to thousands of people across different nationalities and age groups on topics about societal, career and personal development.
