I was working as an Analyst/Tester on the project at the time. • We were following the Agile methodology for the project. • Working together with 2 senior developers, sales manager and project manager at the time. • I was compiling the test plans, manual and automation testing the system functionality. • Recording of any defects and retesting after fixes were made and updating the test scripts. • I was responsible for understanding the current business process, compiling of process flows, representing this. • Making recommendation to the future/to - be process. • Configuration of system menu items and fields, according to each of the customer business needs. • Making recommendations on the user experience. The Self-Service app allows customers to review their RCS Card account details and making online account payments. I was involved from a tester perspective: • Having to manual test the applications functionality in its entirety on multiple browsers, mobile phones and devices. • I did so by compiling of test plans and test cases. • Recording any defects to developers. • Retesting of the fixes made.
